The Good, the Bad and a NEW Challenge!

I also got to check my weight this week because I haven't had access to my scale. I will say the results are surprising!! I don't want to tell you guys until the video is up!
There's been this 100 Sit Ups a Day For 100 Days Challenge going around and I want to try it. The only thing is that I want to do 300 sit ups a day because I've already been doing 100.
For the challenge, I will uploading pictures every FIVE days to show you guys the difference. I've been looking at Laura's Ab Workout on Youtube. As you guys may or may not know, she is one of my inspirations for this weight loss journey.
I'm excited for this new challenge to be presented to me on my weight loss journey. I think this will also push my weight loss a little faster.
If there's any other changes to report to you guys, it's that I've changed the duration of some of my exercises and that I've been eating less. That shouldn't be surprising since I'm a heavy girl.
For this week, I want to eat nothing but fruits, veggies, some meat and water. Juice, bread, pasta (excluding the pasta from Lean Cuisine) soda, fast food of any kind are out of the question. Sweets as well (but you know that)
Anyway that's all I have for you guys right now.

Good luck on your weight loss journey. I'm on one of those myself. At my heaviest I weight 220lbs, but I started losing weird at 210lbs. I currently weigh 143lbs. I'm trying to get down to 135lbs, but this last bit is proving difficult. What is your goal weight?

That's incredible! I'm happy for you! I hope you make it to your final goal! I know you will <3 I don't have a set goal weight at the moment, but it will probably be anywhere from 140-150. Maybe less. It depends on how I feel when I get close to it. :/
