More Than 3 lbs. Lost!

It's been awhile since I last showed you guys what I looked like with my starting weight at 208.5 lbs. I've been struggling since then, but have actually found a balance in the past week.
Last week my weight soared to 210 POUNDS. Despite me being upset, I decided to eat less (about 1,700 calories a day) and exercise about the same amount. 75% of losing wight is eating healthy. Exercising helps boost it a bit more.
Anyway, in reality I've lost 3.5 pounds since last week.
As I've told you guys over and over again, I'll be happy as soon as I hit under 205 pounds, but I'm still happy.
I think a main struggle I have is bread. Bread is incredibly hard to give up. Pasta is difficult as well, but I eat that in tiny portions.

I see a slight difference around my hips in the front. It's like the creasing is slowly disappearing.
300 sits ups in a day for 100 days challenge has been going pretty well. I've kept up with it. Except for the past few days. However, I did do 350 today and plan to get up to 900 by tonight to make up for the past two days I've slacked.
Some people might find it a tad extreme, but so far so good. *Knocks on wood*.

I see some changes. Do you?
As for measurements, I believe I've lost 1/4" around my calf and about the same for above my knee.
