My First Weigh-in!

Today is the official day I start my weight loss journey! I weighed myself in at 208.5 lbs. I thought it would be a bit lower, but I'm not surprised.
When I weigh myself, I am fully naked and weigh myself in the same area. I've noticed my weight is usually the same when I go to the doctor, so hopefully it's accurate.
I also took my measurements for the very first time. When I measured my thighs, area above the knee, etc. I wasn't sure if I needed to measure my thighs together or one at a time. I just went ahead and measured one at a time. I hope I did everything right.
Measurements
Biceps: 16"
Forearms: 10 1/2"
Bust: 42"
Chest: 39"
Waist: 36"
Hips: 47"
Thighs: 29 1/2" (one thigh)
Above the knee: 21 1/2"
Calves: 18"
I figure I will start myself out slow when I work out a bit later. Probably an hour total.
25-30 minutes on the elliptical with a resistance of 7/10
50 squats
50 jump ups
50 bicep curls with 5 lb. weights
10-15 minutes of walking.
I'll be staying in touch with you guys day to day.
