Two Pounds in Two Days!
Posted by ThatFatChickx3 on 06 February 2012. Filed under: sore, thighs, weigh in, weight
I'm excited that I've lost 2 lbs. in just a few days, but again, my weight has been bouncing between 205-210 lbs. for awhile. So, until I hit below 205 lbs. I will really celebrate. I can't be mad though. A loss is a loss.
I figure that for now I will weigh myself every two days and report how things are going with you guys.
I weigh myself everyday after I workout. Some people would either call that obsessive or unlikely that there was a change in my weight. I'm a larger person, I expect changes for the next few weeks. After that, I will probably hit my plateau. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'm expecting that too. It only means to alter my diet a bit and exercise harder, faster and longer.
My workouts (the few I've had) have been going well. I actually did 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday at a resistance of 7/10. Today. however, I only did 25 minutes at the same resistance. My body is so sore. My thighs are sore, but I don't mind because it feels good knowing I'm doing what I need to. I might even do more leg workouts tonight.
